Update on Ed's solo performances in Chicago & St. Louis
On February 23rd, Ed performed a solo acoustic set at Blueberry Hill in St. Louis, Missouri. Ed announced at this event that Live will be doing a US Tour in May, which will probably consist of outdoor venues. Ed also performed a solo acoustic set on February 25th at the House Of Blues in Chicago, Illinois. To view some pictures from this event, please visit the WTMX website. Live to perform at Massachusetts Institute Of Technology
Live will be performing at the Massachusetts Insitute Of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts on April 24th. Tickets for this show can only be purchased by the MIT community and by students attending 10 additional Boston area colleges (which have not been announced yet). A valid college ID from one of the chosen colleges that will be announced will be required in order to purchase tickets when they go on-sale (the on-sale date has also yet to be announced). * posted february 25th, 2004
 
More info on Atlantic City concert
Tickets for the April 23rd concert in Atlantic City (which will be held at Trump Marina) will go on-sale this Saturday (February 28th) at 12pm EST. This concert, which begins at 9pm EST, will be General Admission and will be held in the Grand Cayman room. Live to perform at Trump Marina in New Jersey
Live will be performing at Trump Marina in Atlantic City, New Jersey on April 23rd. Tickets will be going on-sale through Ticketmaster sometime in the near future. No more info on this concert is available at this time. This is the first of many new tour dates to be announced for Live's upcoming Spring Tour of the United States. Southside Festival concert available for download
The Icelandic Radio Broadcast of the 2003 Southside Festival (held on June 21st, 2003 in Tutlingen, Germany) is now available for download in the Featured Concerts Section. This is a new, unsurfaced recording, and is not the same as the webcast recording that is already in circulation. Run Away officially confirmed as new single
The Shelby Lynne duet version of "Run Away" has been officially confirmed to be the new single off of "Birds Of Pray". It will be released to radio stations in the Modern Adult & Adult Top 40 formats starting on March 1st. * posted february 17th, 2004

The deadline for the Live Cover & Remix Contest will be extended one last time, due to numerous requests. The new, final deadline will be on Friday, March 19th. If you are planning to submit a entry for the contest, please make sure to have you entry in by then. Voting will begin shortly after the final deadline. Download new version of Run Away (featuring Shelby Lynne)
I have posted a new version of "Run Away" (featuring Shelby Lynne) to the Featured MP3 Section. As mentioned in this weeks issue of The Live Lounge Newsletter, this new version will be Live's new single, and will be released to radio (Hot AC format) very soon. Ed to perform solo acoustic shows in St. Louis and Chicago
Ed will be performing 2 solo acoustic shows later this month. The first show will be held in St. Louis, Missouri on February 23rd at Blueberry Hill. It is being sponsored by WVRV's "The River - 101.1 FM" radio station, and will be a part of "Vic & Trish's Acoustic Anniversary". And the second show will be held in Chicago, Illinois on February 25th at the House Of Blues. It is being sponsored by WTMX's "The Mix - 101.9 FM" radio station, and will be part of the "After Five Live" series (which are all ages shows that are free to the first 300 people). Tickets for both shows will be given away by the radio station that is sponsoring the show. No more info on either show is available at this time. * posted february 8th, 2004
 
Scans from new issue of Rolling Stone Magazine
As you may remember, last year Sony Ericsson sponsored an All Access Contest. The grand prize was a chance to tour with Live, among other prizes. Barbara Downes was chosen as the winner, and toured with Live in Australia for 3 days (this past December on Live's recent tour of Australia). Her experience was documented in a 2-page spread that appears in the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine. I have posted scans from both pages to the site. * posted february 6th, 2004
