I'm going to this show. From what I can tell online, looks like the Hilton Garden Inn Westbury is the closest hotel about 3 miles from the venue. Rooms are 135 on expedia. I didn't book it yet so if anyone found a better or closer option let me know, but this looks pretty good.

Looks like an earlier than usual show too. Doors at 6:00, and if there is an opening act (is there?) I assume they'd go on at 7 and Live around 8 - 8:30 for their epic 3 hour set.

I finally decided to go. Going to hang out at my dad's for the weekend.

As far as hotels go, I grew up not too far from this place. The only hotels on Long Island are either really expensive or really gross. NY is so stupid.

And just for the record, the crowd at this place last year SUCKED. GET UP OFF YOUR FUCKING FEET AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!

Yeah I think Hilton Gardens looks like the best bet for Westbury.

Rocco Deluca and the Burden are opening up for Live per Live Nation. I suppose they go on at 7pm.

I'm in Section C not A like I thought, I have no idea if I have crappy seats or not I have never been to Capital One Theatre....any one?

It's a really small venue. The whole place is a circle. The stage is as well, and it spins around so everyone gets facetime. There really are no bad seats there.

I remember the upper mezzanine being really tough on the legs. If you are a big person, I'd rule those seats out.

I read somewhere that it won't spin for the show. Cool if it does though, a little vertigo never hurt anyone!

I called Live Nation....the stage will rotate for this show....cool!

Stub Hub said that it would not rotate for the show. I don't know where they get their info from.

5 dollar tickets are available through citi card and subway. A google search will find you the proper codes.

Does anyone else feel that the band are treating these final shows as an afterthought?
