Tough parents! I was like 7 or 8 when I first heard Live and was lucky enough to have it playing in the car on repeat for like 10 months. After that My dad basically gave me the Cd. I forgot about live too for awhile as I grew to love classic rock but I found a Secret Samadhi cd in a pile of trash at a friends place and popped it in. 5 months later I had em all.

I think my parents were afraid of letting me stray too far from their "approved circle" but it also helped me be creative in sneaking stuff around...till one day mom looked in my dresser and found a Green Day CD... whistle.gif she got mad aggressive.gif and my punishment was she didn't care what CDs I bought anymore happy.gif I think I was supposed to feel ashamed of myself or something sarcasm.gif and for having a Green Day CD I honestly do sad.gif they always sounded much cooler on cassette anyways cool.gif

I wonder if Live might sound cooler on cassette guitar.gif

My name is Mike I currently live in Dallas, Texas married no kids and I’m 40. I first became a Live fan in 1995. I lived in an Apartment Complex across the street from the Alfred P. Murrah Federal in Oklahoma on the 18th floor you can look at some photo’s here at my blog http://okcandme.blogspot.com/ I guess you can say that some of the songs from Throwing Cooper became a reality for me due in part of the events of April 19th 1995. I don’t know if any of you know this but Live was the flagship of peace for that event at least for me it was so, this is more of a shout out to the band and what they did for us during that time. Thanks
