So let me get this straight:

Ed is accused of stealing 30 percent of the song writing royalties from SFBM(an album CCP have gone record saying they want nothing to do with, and Live's lowest selling album to date).

CCP took 75 percent songwriting royalties and credit from Live's entire catalog(before SFBM), whether they contributed to the process or not.

Ed "stole" relative pennies, and they earned millions on song royalties by letting Ed do the bulk of their work.

That paragraph you are referencing is out of context. In the same story CT noted that PD had written Pillar of Davidson. Like everyone has said...you have no idea what you are talking about. They all made contributions. The full context was posted by CT on WD in a question/answer section of the forum. They post there because you are a jerk and chased them and family members away from here.

He helped write Pillar of Davidson. I'd rather have the royalties to Lightning Crashes myself.

This refutes what was recorded on that record dipshit........where do you think songs like POD and all the kick ass drummin on Iris came from among other tracks....... you got to be fucking kidding me right. I read what was written recently. Errors chalked up to youth. But this is not the issue.........You are trying to go back and revisit and try to paint Ed a saint. Fact is he chose the easy and evil path afforded to him after Live got successful.

I love how you are now spinning on CT's words, twisting them for your next arguement.

Live is the sum of all four. There is no disputing that. Live would not have existed if not for all of them.

Ed can think or say what he wants - he was only one part of the songwriting and performances.

If Ed or Nick thinks otherwise then that's just sour grapes - you can't live in the past and there is plenty of evidence to refute what these two dickheads are trying to claim.

This mediation and subsequent court action can't come soon enough. What any of this has to do with Saccoshit is beyond me.

Isn't it funny how if Ed did the right thing and nothing wrong, that he still had to do it behind everyone's back rather than in the light of day? And that it only came to light through a breakdown in communication months after the hiatus was announced. Surely if it was all above board and perfectly fine then a man with the integrity to RISE up and show everyone how strong he is wouldn't be making back room deals?
Yep, all the pieces totally add up, when you look at everything you see Ed and go "Yep, now there is a completely innocent man!"

It has everything to do with Ed trying to mute one of the signature sounds of the band, just as he did the other guys. If you can't hear the profound influence of CCP on Live's first four albums you are deaf. It's there, perhaps not as much on V and BOP but they are clearly still a big part. Again, if you have any beef it should be directed at Ed. After all, you called them enablers for getting in their situation, the same logic would dictate Ed an enabler you hypocrite.

No he didn't say that at all. He said they weren't there when Ed and Chad were writing, unlike with MJ and SS when they all wrote together. They still contributed equally it was just disjointed.
