Do you think it is fair that they got song-writing royalties for songs that they didn't write? And they are suing over SFBM song-writing royalties? Seriously?

according to your claims....how do you answer this. C&C&P were not allowed to contribute to SFBM, they brought stuff to Ed and he rejected their input. The new contract for 70% was agreed to but at the same time he did a secret deal to get all monies for new Live album. Any coincidence there was no CCP input? Total backstab move there. They found the secret contract was executed around the time before SFBM was released....remember this album was moved around on the schedule with the Sony flap....wonder if Ed had a lot to do with that along with holding CCP at bay. (all the while them not knowing Levin and Ed were scheming).

They are suing for the lawful claim of 30% for SFBM bound by the legal contract and another 3M for the secret 5th veda shit / Levin scheming. Plus the 2M for the LIVE trademark infringement....lets not forget that add on backstabbing move............. It's all calculated Ed trying to take everything for himself because his HEAD is SO FUCKING HUGE!!!



Well, surely the TRUTH is known (by some) about what was discovered that he really DID.



The knife was pushed even deeper. Ed should hang or be relegated to a SF street corner music man with a coin box.

CCP easily deserved what they got because they 1) Had to put up with diva Ed and 2) Had to live with the embarrassment he brought on all of them.

You know every time they went home for Christmas their families would say "Live is game 7? Really? Take your sweaty thong and get the fuck out of my house."

They needed that money to rent hotel rooms.

Railo brought drugs into the band...... CCP didn't want it, Ed wanted Railo.....Ed should be faulted for this. Once Railo was in the plexiglass came up around CAG.

They clearly took advantage of a contract they signed in 1991(and of Ed and Chad T to an extent). Ed did the bulk of the work, and they received the same payment. Not cool.
