In one word, it was "HOT!" The room was sweatier than a Finnish Sauna and the band were on fire. No real set list surprises for this leg of the tour, other than Shit Towne which was not on the sheet for the night. They also did not bother to leave the stage for the second Encore. The crowd was very energetic and loud, for which the band definately showed great appreciation. Adam must be from the North Pole! He came out in a long sleve shirt and vest! Granted, by the middle of the set the vest was gone and he was flinging sweat from his drenched sleeves! Highlights must have been I Walk the Line (very rocking rendition), Mirror Song, Iris and of course Shit Towne. The new songs also received a very good welcome. Seems the crowd knew all the words! I've seen LIVE many times and one thing that stood out was the fun, dancing and antics that Pat was putting out. I have not seen him like that before... and seeing him singing during the chorus to WINGS was a first. Otherwise CT and Adam moved around a lot. CT often came over to Pat's mic to sing background vocals. Very Cool!! All in all an awesome night (as always) and very happy to see the expansion of the set list and inclusion of some real gems!!

In one word BREATHTAKING! It was my first Live concert, and my high expectations were surpassed by far. The band showed a great deal of energy, joy and interactivity with the audience. Bearing in mind that Germany is virtually going insane due to the World Cup at the moment, Live managed to wow the crowd even more. Of the new songs, particularly "Wings" and "Sofia" received a lot of credit. However, the setlist was very balanced and featured tracks from all albums but "V". One thing that struck me were Ed's gestures accompanying the respective song's lyrics. On "Show", he made the ladies scream when indicating the "Angelic little devil of the most secret space"... Altogether, the guys were worth every single cent, and I'm thankful for one of the greatest gigs I've ever been to!!!

Baby, it was hot!! Just the way I like it! The band popped out on stage out of no where and got down to workin' us out hardcore! My highlight was when ED says to my general direction, "how you doin" mama?" Everyone turned and looked at me. How righteous! Each member played thier instrument beautifully rockin' to the soul and Ed's vocals, good lord, that man can SANG.. He gave new meaning to me about "piercing the nite sky" if you will. Chad got his straight up STOMP fest on, and I had a bam bam moment from the Flintstones cartoon.. great stuff, Chad.. Pat was too far away on the other side of stage, but bless him anyways, the gatekeeper of beats, always in back keeping time was F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S.. Adam had so many clothes on.. as one of the other reviewers basically said, it was hella hot in the venue. It made me want to strip the man. All in all, you get out what you put into it and the energy given from the crowd, I feel, was reciprocated back two fold to us.. Thanks for making it around the way. This ridiculous high and the euphoria is still ringing like the tinnitus that is in my ears.. keep smilin'
