Wow i'm so tired now but i have to tell you guys about the show yesterday! After 8 hours in the burning sun we could finally enter the building.

Adam was the first support that evening and he played I look forward, never good at fighting, a growing voice, the ocean and the Light and he did a great job all by himself.

After Adam there was another support act but they were so bad that i don't even remember the name of the band (they noticed too that we didn't like them and while leaving after a view songs the singer thougt it was " funny" to throw red wine over the audiance ) Live played Like I Do, Lighthouse, All Over You, The Dolphins Cry, The Beauty Of Grey, Run Away, Voodoo Lady, Life Marches On, Run To The Water, They Stood Up For Love, Lakini's Juice, I Alone, Heaven, --Overcome, Selling The Drama, Lightning Crashes, -- White Discussion The show was even better than the Secret Show last week and it seems that the guys have more and more energy and joy than ever. Only 4 songs of BOP in my opinion it's a shame that they are still using the same songs only they replaced the V songs for BOP songs in the setlist and i'm wondering why??? I mean, they've made six great albums that means more than 60 tremendous songs, why keep using the same numbers for so many years?? This is not criticism, i'm just wondering if it has a meaning... Anyway, still two shows to visit for me this year and i'm allready looking forward to London!

So coming from Cologne, Germany it was an 2 hour and something long way to Brussel with nothing special to talk about, except that i've heard "Heaven" the first time in the radio no 3 minutes after passing the frontier to belgium...live promotion in germany sucks! Ok, after a picknick in some park me and my friend went to the "Vorst Nationaal", first imaging it as the extension of a supermarket...But seeing the bandbus (phoenix!?!) driving in and Pat watching the crowd in front of it, the doubts were completely faded, realizing, this afternoon would rock!!

Something like 18.30 we got in, 20:00 Adam startet his beautiful acoustic set... i loved it, although i noticed that the acoustic of the voice is not the best (and adam had, of course, a very quiet set) Next were Serafine (?) and the music was not that bad. But you could hardly hear the voice of the singer and in the louder passages (and there were a lot) the compression of whatever (the drums? i'm not that music geek) forced the the voice to get quieter... Although not very pleased with the perfomance, i think it was cruel from the crowd to applause as they announced their last song...(perhaps they earn it with the "red wine action", qualifying them as assholes)

Whatever...Forget everything before (except from Adam )...As "Like I Do" started i was in another world. I hope it wasn't to annoying hearing me sing (or yell) every line. Not very tall by myself i was glad to see the belgians weren't either (hehe, but the tallest guys of the whole concert were in front of me, i think). The energy of the crowd and the band was incredible (now i know, what everyone means with: "they have fun on stage") and i have nothing to complain about (it was my first concert so I cannot really complain about the similar setlists ;-) "Overcome" with guitar was beautiful, and looking at the setlist of Vienna i wasn't expecting "White, Discussion" at the end...that blowed me away! About the acoustics: not the best, but it didn't bother me at this time.

So all in all a great afternoon and the best concert I've been to (including our lady peace..sorry guys) And it was the hottest Live are the best band in the world and yesterday i got the confirmation.

WOOHOOOOO!!!!
