While my focus lately has been firmly on new music with Chad Taylor’s Mercy Revival, I want to be clear about one thing upfront: I will not be discussing legal matters. Those issues properly belong in the hands of the company’s litigators and the courts.

What I am looking forward to is reconnecting with our fans and sharing some great updates — including how incredible it was to reunite with the musicians of ShinN (Christopher Thorn, Chris Shinn, Patrick Dahlheimer — and yes, even Sean Hennesy). I’ll talk about my whirlwind trip to Charlotte, the gigs, and everything that came with it.

I also want to take a moment to shine a light on my sister-in-law’s ongoing fight with autoimmune disease and help raise awareness for her GoFundMe campaign.

This is a long episode. Over 2.5 hours. Chad Taylor sure likes to talk. Taylor did end up talking a bit about the cease and desist letter as well as about Ed Kowalczyk.

Chad has started a new band called "Chad Taylor's Mercy Revival". He actually posted a performance of Honest Man a couple of days ago on his Instagram account. I assumed it was Chad singing (though it didn't sound like him). It's actually an unnamed person.

Chad's new band recorded 20 tracks (number could be wrong) in one day. These include Live, TGF as well as original tracks. An album is in the works as well as a tour. Details are yet to be revealed.

Chad also mentioned that he is in control of Live's unreleased works as well as countless hours of recording sessions.

So, Taylor sues Ed again. Withing days he's announcing he will join Gracey's podcast, but not to talk about the case. Be he did talk about Ed and a bit about the case anyways? A podcast where Gracey insults a loyal fan?

Shees, say what you will about Ed. But the Chad's are just pitiful.

The more they openly show behavior like this, the more I think they have a very weak case.
