Hynes: Collusion and Coordination

It may be difficult or arduous to follow along with the various legal proceedings surrounding felon Bill Hynes. Still, numerous legal filings now outline Hynes’ nefarious activities and accomplices. All you need to know is that I’m under attack by a horrible human and his henchmen who are wrongly utilizing York County’s civil court system to harass me through frivolous lawsuits.

Here is a recap:

1-Invictus One LLC is the landlord at 210 York Street, and this company named Chad Taylor in litigation seeking a declaratory judgment about personal property within their building. Richard McIntosh and Nicholas Richardson, the principals of Invictus, are Hynes’ buddies who were convinced to purchase the building in York…and grant convicted felon Hynes free reign to stay at the property — even while on house arrest!

2-Bill Hynes is a violent predator who sued Taylor in litigation to support Invictus One, the landlords allowing Hynes and Chad Gracey to live at their building. Hynes claims Taylor owes him repayment of a “loan,” where not a single penny was ever granted to Taylor and co-defendant Patrick Dahlheimer.

3-Chad Gracey is Bill Hynes’ partner — who used to be Taylor’s band’s drummer — and is now supporting Invictus and Hynes over his lifelong friends, Taylor and Dahlheimer. Gracey is suing Taylor over legal settlement documents that he actually signed himself — with his own attorney. Gracey is also requesting Company financial records, but he fails to mention in the Complaint that he does have all the tax returns and vital financial information as provided by the Company’s licensed and certified financial planners. Ultimately, Gracey is the ongoing link to Hynes.

Taylor once kicked Hynes to the curb in the early 2010 after he failed to fund the newly formed Gracious Few project via Questionable Entertainment. But in July 2011, Gracey reintroduced Hynes, and until his arrest in November 2019, Hynes was an insider with unparraleled access to the musicians. The rest is an elongated nightmare…

IPB Image
“Hynes has a pattern. He gloms on to a “wealthy or famous” individual, and then uses that connection to impress and lure additional victims into his web. That is precisely how Hynes first became affilited with members of LIVE — then he was expelled — and eventually returned through Gracey.

Why all the lawsuits?

In late August of 2020, after being named a co-defendant with Hynes by the Appell Group in a very substantial lawsuit, Mr. Taylor engaged and directed Attorney Confair: (a) to provide a separate defense for Mr. Taylor and his affiliated entities, if need be independent from Hynes and his various lawyers in New York and Pennsylvania; (b) to develop a rapport and work with Hynes in his capacity as an officer of those entities to access documentation and evidence to determine whether the allegations made by the Appell Group were accurate or inaccurate; © depending on the findings, either continue defending against the Appell Groups’ suit, or settle the matter and align with the Appell Group against Hynes; (d) depending on the findings, assist with turning over evidence against Hynes to law enforcement.

By the spring of 2021 it was clear that most, if not all, of the Appell Group’s accusations against Hynes were true.

Subsequently, Mr. Taylor directed Attorney Confair to settle the conflict with the Appell Group, align with the Appell Group, and report the findings of the investigation to law enforcement.

That is precisely what occurred.

IPB Image
A heavily armed joint task force of FBI and State Police came for Hynes at 210 York Street. Despite the high profile investigations, former LIVE drummer Chad Gracey has remained with Hynes at the Invictus Building.

That and that alone explains the genesis of this lawsuit and Hynes’ attacks on Mr. Taylor, Mr. Dahlheimer, their families, and their associates. No different than [the female victim], they have uncovered the truth about the “creature” that Hynes is.

As has been documented extensively in the press, when spurned by someone, Hynes has a pattern of retaliating viciously — even violently.

Enraged by [Taylor and Dahlheimer’s] decision to excommunicate [Hynes] and recognize that [they] had uncovered most, if not all, of the details about Hynes’ past — from the gas station incident to his misappropriation of the millions in RACP funds he used to acquire the building at 240 Arch Street — Hynes set in motion a scheme to harass and defraud [Taylor and Dahlheimer].

IPB Image
Hynes transfered $3.38 million from United Fiber & Data, ultimately funding his purchase of the 240 Arch Street property with the funds, amongst other unauthorized uses. PSP are actively investigating the theft.

IPB Image
PSP launch investigation into Hynes and his unauthorized transfers/theft of $3.38 million as displayed on the 120 York LLC Wells Fargo banking records above. Chad Gracey was shown this evidence on July 4, 2021, and has called the corroborated evidence “Fabricated.”

Recognizing Mr. Taylor, Mr. Dahlheimer, their families, their associates, and their legal counsel can fully expose Hynes for what he is and further recognizing they know his patterns, Hynes embarked on a campaign to smear the reputations of Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer, to harass their families, and to harass their legal counsel. Time and again, it is the same pattern with Hynes and his sycophants — they cannot silence or credibly respond to the message, so they attack the messenger.

The Invictus One building and the Think Loud Property:

Bill Hynes convinced his racing buddy, Richard McIntosh, to purchase 210 York Street. McIntosh used his Urban-Rebel company to form and found Invictus One, LLC. Joining McIntosh is Nick Richardson, who, through 210 MCWW, LLC, is also a stakeholder of Invictus One, LLC — the landlords.

Nick Richardson and his wife, Alyssa, live in The Woodlands, TX, but their history is from Arkansas. Richardson runs a real estate investment scheme called “Invest Nick.” And Alyssa is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, having graduated from Arkansas State University. Their ability to finance the building purchase appears to be linked to the death of Nick’s father, Dr. Travis Richardson, of Jonesboro, Arkansas. After the death of Dr. Richardson on October 3, 2021, Nick and Alyssa purchased the healthcare practice in Paragould, Arkansas, and evidently had remaining funds to invest in downtown York, PA.

IPB Image
Hynes supporter and Invictus One landlord, Nick Richardson (The Woodlands, TX)

Why Nick, the son of an orthopedic surgeon, and Alyssa, a doctor herself, are affiliated with a known felon like Bill Hynes, is anyone’s guess? And no matter their affiliation, Hynes quickly wraps them up in a plan to steal Taylor and Dahlheimer’s precious musical gear, equipment, and art. This coordinated plan — orchestrated by Hynes — has impaired the musician’s ability to earn a living and cost them time and legal fees.

That is by design.

By impeding Messrs. Taylor and Dahlheimer’s ability to make a living and then filing a sequence of baseless litigations against them, the Plaintiff (“Invictus One LLC”), Hynes, and their cronies are coordinating to inflict substantial financial harm on, and to try and defame, Messrs. Taylor and Dahlheimer.

By impeding Messrs. Taylor and Dahlheimer from making a living and conspiring to bury them in frivolous, bad-faith litigation, the Plaintiff’s goal, per Hynes’ directives, is to wear down Messrs. Taylor and Dahlheimer so that they do not have the financial means to fight over the Think Loud Property or to defend their reputations.

As detailed [in the Answers to Invictus One v. Taylor et al.], it is evident the Plaintiff is intentionally and knowingly participating in that scheme and that the Plaintiff has a vested interest in participating in the scheme.

As the details emerge, there is another sketchy player, living at 210 York Street…

Upon information and belief, Richardson receives or has received investment advice from George Taylor — no relation to Chad Taylor.

Rather, George Taylor is a Hynes crony and confidant who frequents — and may now even reside with Hynes — at the Plaintiff’s Building.

In 2020, George Taylor was banned by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission from providing investment advice.

According to the SEC Order sanctioning George Taylor, he:

[D]efrauded [his] advisory clients and prospective clients by steering the clients into unsuitable investments and by hiding commissions and other financial incentives [he was] pocketing, on top of the advisory fees that the clients were paying for supposedly unbiased financial advice. [He] repeatedly downplayed or concealed risks, and overstated potential gains, associated with a series of illiquid private placements that [he] advised [his] clients and prospective clients to invest in.

Many LIVE fans will recall that George Taylor is Chad Gracey’s business partner in their scheme to sell life insurance policies. Gracey took to Facebook to defend his efforts, with George Taylor stating, “I dont HAVE to sell insurance. My partner [George Taylor] wanted to use my contacts to sell large policies. Thats what we do. 95% of first year premium in the commission. Ive done about 300K so far this year. Any other questions?”

IPB Image
Insurance salesman Gracey boasts about his partnership with George Taylor — the banned SEC wealth manager.

Let’s recap. So far, Gracey’s roomies at the Invictus building are (1) Bill Hynes, a violent sexual and financial predator; and (2) George Taylor, a man the United States Securities Exchange Commission banned and fined.

The other partner within Invictus One, LLC (Urban-Rebel, LLC) is Richard McIntosh. A Scotsman living in Lafayette, LA. McIntosh appears to have a more direct association with Hynes through racing. It appears Hynes and Richardson have been affiliated since September 7, 2016, when Richardson gushed about Hynes on social media: “Leading the [racing] pack out is one of the fantastic UFD cars that are run by the nicest, funniest, hard-charging, take no prisoners Bill Hynes who is one of life’s larger than life characters.”

IPB Image
Racing buddy and Invictus One landlord, Richard McIntosh (Lafayette, LA). An active member of his Lafayette community, and Hynes supporter.

In addition to being an avid amateur racer, McIntosh is a businessman. McIntosh is listed as president of 2m-Tek, Inc, and the information on BuzzFile states: 2m-Tek is located in Lafayette, Louisiana.

And McIntosh and his wife, Nicky, are active in their local community, where Mrs. McIntosh is a cheerleading coach for the Teurlings Catholic High School “Rebels.” McIntosh is listed as a cheerleading crew member on the high school’s cheer page. On his Ultra4 racing website, the following description is listed: Originally from Scotland, [McIntosh] has been racing motocross, enduro, and road racing most of his life. In the last five years, he has raced for Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Porsche USA in GT3 & GT4 race series-I.

Hynes convinced McIntosh and Richardson to spend $6 million on the former United Fiber & Data headquarters now occupied by Campus Door. But there is one significant difference between the Invictus investment and when Taylor and Dahlheimer met Hynes. In fact, when the bassist and guitarist first met Hynes, no public presence or headlining press disclosed the felon’s nefarious activities and violent actions against a young woman. So how do men like McIntosh and Richardson justify their affiliation with Hynes, given the volumes of newspaper articles outlining his violence and financial crimes? How can they ignore dozens of headline-grabbing newspaper articles and Hynes in a bright orange jumpsuit? In truth — they cannot.

IPB Image
Hynes recently plead no contest to physical and financial crimes, including forgery, against his former employee and ex-girlfriend.

A quick internet search will show them that Hynes — already arrested, charged, and sentenced for crimes against [the Victim] — is also under investigation by law enforcement for other financial crimes.

No excuses:

Leading up to the Plaintiff’s (“Invictus One, LLC”) acquisition of the Building, Hynes’ and George Taylor’s pasts were easily discovered via any readily-available Internet search engine.

However, upon information and belief, McIntosh and Richardson already knew about and were completely comfortable with Hynes’ and George Taylor’s pasts.

Prior to acquiring the Building, McIntosh and Richardson knew the truth about Hynes, but they proceeded anyway.

Although the Plaintiff has portrayed this lawsuit in the newspaper as a benevolent attempt to sort out property ownership questions, the relief the Plaintiff seeks in the Complaint has nothing to do with that.

Rather, the prayer for relief in the Complaint reads in relevant part: “Plaintiff Invictus One LLC seeks a judgement in its favor and against Defendants confirming that the [Think Loud Property] as outlined in Exhibit A is owned, free and clear, by Invictus One LLC”.

While the Plaintiff’s Complaint includes no shortage of disorienting theories and distorted assertions, the Complaint conveniently fails to make mention of the fact that the Plaintiff did not pay a dime to anyone for any of the Think Loud Property.

Recognizing the scarlet letter one becomes branded with when associating with Hynes, the Plaintiff has taken the great pains to try and disguise its collusion with Hynes by, among other things, naming him as an adverse “defendant” in this case.

The notion that Plaintiff is in an “adversarial position” to Hynes is ludicrous.

In Hynes’ Answer to the Plaintiff’s Complaint, he admits virtually every single one of the Plaintiff’s material allegations.

Lest there be any doubt the Plaintiff and Hynes are in collusion, as the Plaintiff itself points out in the Complaint, Hynes still lives at the Plaintiff’s Building.

Clearly, the Plaintiff is not a naïve bystander that was duped into purchasing something, but now benevolently wishes to sort things out.

To the contrary, the Plaintiff is an accomplice to Hynes’ predatory behavior and has filed this suit in hopes of manipulating the Court into allowing the Plaintiff to keep personal property it did not pay for.

If anyone doubts how much McIntosh and Richardson support Hynes and Gracey, in their own words, they describe their relationship, and it certainly does not sound like a typical landlord tenant situation:

Hynes and Gracey, appeared alongside each other on a video podcast, confirming their free reign within the Invictus Building and their coziness with Richardson and McIntosh.

At the 49:35 mark, a podcast listener — off camera — sarcastically asks, how Think Loud Studios [located in the Invictus Building] is working out?

Hynes: I hate to burst your bubble. But we’re [Gracey and Hynes] actually in the building. Formerly, Think Loud Studios. I don’t know if you can see this? But it’s now called the Studio At 210. So, it’s working out quite well for us, right?

Gracey: Yeah, pretty good.

Hynes: We’re here all the time!

Gracey: Yeah, I like my bed. It’s nice.

Hynes: ‘Real LIVE fans’ are more than welcome to come for a tour. We know the building owners. They’re good guys. One’s a Scottish guy. One’s from Arkansas. They’re nuts! Anyway…

Hynes describes the building landlords as nuts, and they might be given their affiliation with Hynes, Gracey, and George Taylor.

There is an important observation to contemplate: Why would the Plaintiff’s name William Hynes and Chad Gracey in their claim as Defendants, when they are long term residents living within their building?

Oh, they’ll never guess we’re colluding if we name Gracey and Hynes as defendants”…dreamt some idiot lawyer for the Plaintiff.

To continue their collective goal to hurt and harm Taylor and Dahlheimer, Bill Hynes resorts to old tricks launching his own litigation, Hynes v. Taylor et al..

This time Hynes takes aim by asserting yet another false story, claiming that somehow, he was “tricked” into granting “loans” to Taylor and Dahlheimer.

But there are significant flaws in this tall tale, starting with the fact that Hynes never loaned a penny to Taylor or Dahlheimer under the “Fraudulent Notes.” If anything, this lawsuit is like the Groundhog Day of the Hynes repetitive pattern of harassing and intimidating — with fraudulent loans and threats of financial recourse — for those who elect to leave Hynes.

In Attorney Confair’s Answer, New Matter, & Counterclaims filed on behalf of Defendants Taylor and Dahlheimer, he outlines:

This lawsuit is the latest and hopefully last chapter in Hynes’ ugly history of falsifying documents, impersonating others, and projecting his own past and behavioral tendencies on others to distract from who he is.

Hynes will go to any depth to fabricate evidence, eavesdrop, hack computers and other devices (including even the undersigned’s [Attorney Confair] computer), to exert control over and bully people, and to deflect from his behavior and his past by attempting to smear those people who attempt to escape his orbit by accusing them of the very behaviors he has been convicted of and become so infamous for.

Although Hynes portrays himself as a sophisticated ex-military veteran and “cutting edge” business man, his methods and patterns are crude and easily discernable.

For example, when someone tries to escape his tentacles, Hynes alludes to his alleged experience in “combat” to implicitly threaten the individual, and then magically produces a document financially obligating the individual to him.

Case in point, when [the victim] left Hynes after he attempted to murder her in Fiji, attacked her in Las Vegas, and attacked her again in York:

Hynes hacked her Facebook account, and used her identity in an attempt to create a counternarrative to the allegations Ms. [Victim] actually made.
As Ms. [Victim] explained in seeking a protection from abuse order against him, Hynes, after learning Ms. [Victim] had gone to the police, texted Ms. [Victim] Revelation 6:8 which reads: “And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. According to Ms. [Victim], Hynes cited to that Biblical passage when he previously informed her that “God had given him the right to kill people.”
Hynes sent [the victim] the letter [displayed below], demanding payment under a falsified mortgage she allegedly granted him on her home. The mortgage appeared out of nowhere.

IPB Image
Hynes attempts to intimidate his former employee and ex-girlfriend by filing forged mortgage documents — mirroring his attempts with Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer.

In September of this year, Hynes pled no contest to two counts of felony forgery for falsifying the fake mortgage he claimed Ms. [Victim] granted him.

The parallels between Hynes’ bullying of Ms. [Victim] and his attacks on Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer not only bear striking similarities — but also common themes.

No different than Hynes’ attempt to bully and intimidate [the victim] with implicit threats of more violence and the fraudulent mortgage, Hynes has posted similar “warnings” directed toward Mr. Taylor.

For example, in one social media post, Hynes commented in response to an article about the death of another “Chad Taylor” in Illinois: “Took the wrong one.”

IPB Image

More disturbing, however, are Hynes’ social media posts in which he intimates he was an elite military operative who is willing to go to any lengths to harm his perceived enemies.

For example, in one disturbing Instagram post, Hynes explains:

Today, I go to war. I trade in a battle field, my M16 & .45 for a suit & tie with the landscape being the boardroom. If you ever dream of beating me, you better wake up and apologize for there is Not a better friend, No worse enemy that I. Mors Ab Alto! NSDQ!

IPB Image

The phrase “Mors Ab Alto” means “death from above,” and it is a phrase used by the 7th Bomb Wing and the 82nd Airborne.

Hynes tells people he was deployed in ground combat with the 101st Airborne in Desert Storm, at which point Hynes would have been 18 or 19.

No media outlet or other source has ever been able to verify Hynes was, in fact, ever in combat or ever served in the 101st Airborne.

The acronym “NSDQ” means “Night Stalkers Don’t Quit.”

The Night Stalkers are an elite unit of pilots that deliver and extract America’s most skilled military operatives to and from the most dangerous and sensitive missions.

Hynes is a stalker, but he is no Night Stalker. He is not even a pilot.

Hynes often uses allusions to “combat,” military firearms, and elite military units he was never part of, to implicitly threaten his victims.

Again, echoing Hynes’ harassment of Ms. [Victim], Hynes has now mysteriously stumbled across the Fraudulent Notes.

According to the text of the Fraudulent Notes, each was purportedly tendered in exchange for some undefined “interest” in “ADS Builders East, LLC” — not for any “loan,” as Hynes repeatedly and falsely claims throughout the Complaint.

Hynes’ history with ADS is long, ugly, and can be traced from one victim to the next, and from one felony conviction to the next — through to this very lawsuit.

As reported in the York Daily Record, “ADS Builders East, LLC” is a concept Hynes sole from a fraudulent builder in Colorado.

After initially stealing the ADS name, Hynes used it as part of a check kiting scheme that resulted in his first felony conviction in Northampton County.

In 2012, “ADS Construction” in Colorado went defunct after its principal — Jim Barnett — pled guilty to felony theft for stealing the proceeds from construction loans.

As Mr. Barnett explained to the York Daily Record, he knew Hynes and had discussions with him but apparently chose not to go into business with Hynes.

Mr. Barnett may have been done with Hynes. However, Hynes was not done with Mr. Barnett.

Not only did Hynes borrow the “ADS” moniker from Barnett, he also borrowed Mr. Barnett’s picture and used it to create a false social media profile under the name “Jon Hoch.”

IPB Image
Hynes stole this image of Jim Barnett to create the fake social media profile, “Jon Hoch” to discredit the victim of his violent actions. Hynes also stole the fraudulent ADS concept from Barnett where the “entity” is affilated with Hynes’ felony theft by deception conviction in Northampton County.

IPB Image
Jon Hoch (a.k.a. Bill Hynes) defends himself to a local news editor as “a good man.” But Hynes pled no contest to the charges.

Using Mr. Barnett’s likeness, Hynes utilized the fake Jon Hoch profile to terrorize and smear [the victim]. For example, in one post, Hoch (a.k.a., Hynes) explains Hynes is “definitely innocent” of the crimes Ms. [Victim] accused him of (many of which Hynes recently pled no contest to), and that Ms. [Victim] has “substance abuse problems…like two of her sisters.”

The Fraudulent Notes, purportedly given by Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer in exchange for an “interest” in “ADS”, is the next chapter in the ADS saga — from check kiting, to terrorizing a young woman, to now attempting to prey on Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer.

Indeed, this lawsuit is typical Hynes — someone attempts to disassociate, Hynes implicitly threatens and smears the individual and his or her family over social media and then, out of nowhere, a “mortgage,” promissory note,” or “obligation” suddenly materializes.

IPB Image
“Steven Moser” another Bill Hynes social media alias used to harass LIVE fans and bully Taylor’s friends and family. “Moser,” used “his” contact information to register the fake Jon Hoch social media account.

IPB Image
“Steven Moser” (a.k.a. Bill Hynes) is ever vigilant protecting Bill Hynes and directing his hostility toward Chad Taylor. But the real Steven Moser is an attorney practicing law in New York — like “Jon Hoch,” Hynes stole Mr. Moser’s image and appears to impersonate the attorney.

Hynes’ attacks against Mr. Taylor, Mr. Dahlheimer, their families, and their associates are motivated by one thing — fear of exposure.

IPB Image

In sum, Hynes’ unhinged, bizarre, and false story about how he was “tricked” by Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dahlheimer into “executing” the Fraudulent Notes is conclusively discredited by the following —
  • Hynes’ modus operandi. When someone attempts to escape his orbit, Hynes magically stumbles across a financial obligation the individual purportedly “owes” him.
  • None of the documentation attached to the complaint constitutes a representation or anything of the sort from either Mr. Taylor or Mr. Dahlheimer to Hynes about anything.
  • Hynes did not pay or loan a single penny to either Mr. Taylor or Mr. Dahlheimer under either of the Fraudulent Notes.
  • To the contrary, as each of the Fraudulent Notes indicates, they were purportedly tendered in exchange for some undefined interest in “ADS Builders” — the concept Hynes stole from Mr. Barnett, and then used along with Mr. Barnett’s image as part of a decade-plus crime spree that includes predatory financial behavior and terrorizing a young woman.
  • As the Exhibits to Hynes’ own Complaint establish, Hynes did not “execute” the Fraudulent Notes, either. It could not be any more black and white.

“Now that felon Bill Hynes (and all of his aliases) has stalked, harassed, and tried to intimidate me, I have an entirely new appreciation for the terror and violence he perpetrated on his female victim. Yet, somehow this barely 100-pound woman summoned the strength to battle Hynes when he tried to kill her in Fiji and attacked her in Las Vegas and York. Regardless, she stood up for herself, and William T. Hynes (50) pled no contest to multiple felonies and submitted himself to house arrest and years of probation. Inspired by the youthful victim’s bravery, I have my own story to share. And it’s this truth that has already been shared — along with thousands of pages of evidence — with law enforcement. This is what Hynes and his co-conspirator, Chad Gracey, fear the most.

We now know that Hynes borrowed the photograph of criminal Jim Barnett and created the fake alias Jon Hoch to online stalk and harass the female victim. And he also used the name Steve Moser to defend himself and provoke others on social media and online forums. Hynes also pled no contest to breaking the protection from abuse order for his use of the Jon Hoch (a.k.a. Hynes) alias. In addition, Hynes continues to badger LIVE fans, my friends, and my family with lies and even lewd allegations. I worry for their safety, and I’m concerned for them, given Hynes’ history of violence and intimidation.

Worse yet, Chad Gracey is fully-aligned with Hynes and complicit in aiding Hynes in his defamatory efforts. If there is a silver lining, it’s that Gracey’s dumbass plan to extract me from LIVE backfired and instead cost him his position as drummer (isn’t it ironic?).

In summary, a few frivolous and coordinated Hynes, Gracey, McIntosh, and Richardson litigations won’t stop the power of truth from unseating their deceitful ways. I will prevail in a York County Court governed by Pennsylvania’s laws — where Hynes and his strongarm cronies will receive the judgment they’ve been seeking. These cowards, supporting a man who terrorized a young woman, can spew all the sludge they want — our evidence — will clear the waters and have the final say.”
— Chad Taylor.

This story is all over the place. The key theme is around saying he was defrauded by a swindler, a cheat,
assaulting people, etc.

I always wondered who made this little known story go into the memory hole. It seems to make sense now, how
one person is always projecting on others what they are! Amazing how that works.

Throwing Copper Tour in the early days when the band was doing the universities/colleges tour for the album.
Smaller venues, gymnasiums, up close and intimate with Live. Before the larger arena, amphitheaters, and fame of a #1 8x platinum album.

The evening of April 23, 1994. St. Anslem's College in Manchester NH, in the gym. The animal, control freak, and out of control Chad Taylor assaults a police officer. Details are vague but this story definately got memory holed by the band/management. Being the troupe was small scene then, easier to make this news go bye bye. So I guess it takes one to know one, when narrating stories to sway the folks to your side eh?

Will the drama ever end? I just want all the cases settled so that we’ll at least have the laws version of the truth. Either way it makes sense as to why CG and PD are not touring with Live, if I were Ed I’d want no part of either of them, and honestly not sure I’d want any part of them once all this drama is over.

So Chad Taylor boots Bill Hynes out in 2010 but then Chad Gracey brings him back in?

That seemed odd tome, as it seemed contradictory to everything else that I’ve read about the dynamics of the band and CT really running everything. I mean if you subscribe to the belief that CT was this overpowering presence in the band , and was able to bend CG and PD this will, there is no way that Haynes gets back in the bands good graces without CT allowing it. So this is just making feel evermore confident in my opinion of not forming an opinion on what is going on here until everything has played out.

Do not try and form an opinion. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. That there is no opinion. Then you'll see, it is not that opinion that forms, it is only the bloodbath aftermath.

The way Chad Taylor has written this latest piece it's like guilt by association.

So if you know someone, then you're guilty, simply for knowing them. facepalm.gif

What a low blow to drag the wives of the new building owners into it.

I'm just waiting for his own goal to be made public about his affair with Gracey's wife.

That has to be the lowest act you could do to a childhood friend.

If multiple people are suing you, then don't you think who might be at fault nervous.gif

The way Chad Taylor has written this latest piece it's like guilt by association.

So if you know someone, then you're guilty, simply for knowing them. facepalm.gif

I guess everyone associated with Live is guilty cause they all know Bill, based on your flawless logic.
Multiple lawsuits from multiple plaintiffs doesn't mean a thing. Let's see how it plays out.

Regarding Chad Gracey: “is now supporting Invictus and Hynes over his lifelong friends, Taylor and Dahlheimer“ Really ? He serious with that ? Does he mean the “lifelong friend(s)” and bandmate for 25+ years who’s marriage and family he was responsible for splintering ? Funny, he doesn’t mention that little tidbit in this diatribe. Who needs enemies when you have “lifelong friends” like that. He actually has the gall to say ( or in this case write ) this after what he did ? If this weren’t so sad it would be laughable. How very hypocritical ….

maybe york daily record doesn't follow the band that closely. Why don't you contact the editor?

Orion0767 is referring to the blog post by Thad Chaylor on Medium.com. That's where the quote was pulled.

I honestly can't wait to hear a response from Will "the Trill" or Jim Barnett or Steven Moser. This band's stuff isn't as interesting when those guys are silenced.

Bizarrely, Chad Gracey is using a thread about this on the FansofLive facebook group to spread COVID conspiracy theories and promote some ridiculous film about it.
