Notes:

My ears tell me that tracks 1-8 are SBD and 9-17 are AUD. I've seen the Roxy show on other boots as well; the date for it isn't given here but is probably May 16. The Academy show is also in circulation as a pre-FM source that partially overlaps the tracks here.
