To anyone going to this, is any band on the billing similar to Live & worth listening to? Because I'm like, who -are- these people? I only know Chance the Rapper from the Kit Kat commercial and that's it. blush.gif

No, none are similar at all. I just youtubed all the names ahead of LIVE's on the flyer and most seem to be electronic, beat related or colplay-like mellow rock. I have not heard of ANY of the bands on the whole flyer.

I like Vance Joy's CD, but he's not a great performer.

Then Live should be way higher on that list.

Hmm, I though The XX, Alt-J, Royal Blood, Glass Animals, Blossoms and possibly others are pretty well known bands. At least here in Europe they have radio hits.

Royal Blood are amazing.

Agreed!

I have discovered many heavy relatively new and somewhat obscure Hard Blues Rock Bands that I have fallen in Love with:

Royal Blood
Dorothy
Black Pistol Fire
Kaleo
Rival Sons

Check them all out if you want to hear amazing music!

Would be interesting to know their time slot or what bands they are paired up against on other stages.

Pro shot 1080p webcasts are appearing on Dimeadozen for Friday's bands (Blink-182, The Killers, White Reaper, Phantogram, Temples). Does anybody know where the streams are coming from? Anyway, fingers crossed Live is streamed and uploaded!

Edit: just found the webcast schedule. Looks like Live isn't included :/
