What if it is factual and there just aren't photos of it? Things exist without photographic evidence.

No one said Chad G. and Patrick were even on speaking terms with Ed.

I know he said they're still in a band together but do we know what they did on Zoe's record? What if that's what they were referring to?

Ed said in the interview that CG played a song of Zoe Labelles for him. CG played the drums on said song for the album.
Ed had nothing to do with Zoe's record.

I am really surprised at all the folks who want another Shinn w/ Live album, i mean nothing wrong with that opinion, but we have our original singer back. Also, i was recently on Shinn's Twitter and he has posted alot of #UNIFIEDTHEORY tags, so that might be something in the works for him.

Live and TGF would sorta be like Mötley and Sixx AM were on the same bill--Nikki Sixx played both sets, cool. Not cool right away for Live's reunion, but somewhere down the line--thumbs up for that. But Shinn?!? Hell NO! He absolutely sucks as an artist. I never want to see or hear about him again. I just want to forget about The Turn and that it all ever happened. As I've said here 100 times before, I tried to like Shinn, I really did. But when he screwed up Live's lyrics and when I saw what a horrible performer he was on stage, I couldn't take it.

I mostly expect interviews and maybe some shows before anything gets released. I'm expecting a Mental Jewelry re-release with some B-Sides that we've already heard around New Years.

This band has drawn its die-hard fans through a shit storm for many years. It's going to take many apologies and confessions before people take them seriously again.

Definitely interviews... I think they should release something before they do shows though. I can see them re-releasing MJ with some B-sides too. I also think they could re-release MJ with two or three new songs instead of B-sides. A couple have said no to a re-recording of MJ, but I wouldn't mind that. I just don't know if they have had time for a re-record.

As for this latter comment, of them being taken seriously by die-hard fans, I don't agree with that at all. First, as a fan, I don't need an apology from them. An apology for what?
As for confession, I would like to hear a little about how they mended their fences, but I think a "confession" (meaning, was it really Ed's fault?) is really just their business.

Not sure, but wasn't Ed's manager named in the lawsuit?

Chad was not always FB friends with Adam K but they are now. Not sure when that happened.

Me too, I hope they add it to the circular file.

Unreleased songs mixed with new songs would be great. If they can't sell the old stuff just give it away. Hopefully New City and a studio version of Hold Me Up happen.
