Some songs just grow on you....Ed and I wrote this track in his apartment that was within a barn (no joke). I had this funny little intro where I bent the 'A' string, followed by a 'G' chord and 'D' chord.....thankfully Ed put the Em and Bm in play and we suddenly had a verse. The build up to the chorus is pretty cool too...its a unique LIVE song to say the least and I was totally surprised when RadioActive chose it to be the first single. I recall sitting in Ed's apartment and thinking about how cool it was that he had his own place (I still lived with my parents). I remember him making me a veggie burger......I really did think we were going to be huge...I just had no idea how we'd get there. If you think about it, we already had the song that would propel us in the works. You just never know how an apartment in a barn, some veggie burgers and big dreams will work out
