[Audio] LIVE - 8-02-1997, Scranton, PA (Montage Mtn) Flac, found from lost audio tape Options

This show has been found in my possession finally. It was my first opportunitiy to finally see Live after following them for several years!!! The raw angnst from Ed is fully documented!! Show was memorable with even the crowd getting into fights due to too many girls wanting to stand on the chairs. Venue was the old ski lodge venue which the seating area had no pitch.

Show is paritial however as the last 6 tracks were not recorded. Had to transfer from 2nd gen tape to digitial > WAV > Flac (thanks Dan!!)

I know a lof of you east coast die hards were at this show. Enjoy it!!

This may be the source of the rarely circulated 1997 SS show in Scranton. I have only seen it on trade lists and after many requests from other folks, it doesn't seem to be anywhere. The raw edgy Ed is very apparent in this show, as most SS shows. The performance is cut 3/4 through Operation Spirit where the taper may have had an issue as there is some commotion (sounds like a fight) nearby. It is missing the remaining 6 songs. My tape was thought to be lost, but I managed to find it. Tape has been digitized, cleaned and normalized as it's pretty aged. This was performed at the Old Montage Mountain Amphitheater where the stage was erected in front of the ski lodge and the lawn area was located on one of the ski slopes.

& - Track has a lot of distortion which I couldn't seem to remove.
* - Track ends 3/4 through.

And for those who think this tape can be cleaned up further, PM me. I still think there is some noise which i couldnt seem to remove. The tape playback on a cassette machine was very very light on the volume....meaning i had to turn it up all the way to hear it decent.
