LIVE tracks are ready for vocals. Headed in the next few weeks to Nashville to get Shinn's session started. This is a really exciting time for me and can't wait to hear his voice on these tracks. Fun, fun, fun but time for a weekend of rest.

Just for the record, my statements in a different thread about wondering what the band was doing WEREN'T about recording. They were wondering why the band isn't playing more shows yet.

The record needs to take as long as the guys need... the lack of touring thing is still something I don't entirely get. I know it takes time, coordination, money, all of that jazz, I just want to understand the strategery.

Just some clarification, not that anyone wanted it lol.gif .

Take it to the islands again and enjoy the recording process. Thanks CT for the update. I also just realized they have given us a EP several months ago, albeit re-records but nonetheless. I'm an ungrateful d-bag.

Anyone now how this process works? So I'm guessing CCP laid down all of the music for the new tracks. CT said that the songs were now ready for Chris' vocals. Do you think Chris already wrote the lyrics?

Yeah I'd have guessed when CS was posting on FB from York a few weeks back was when they were writing the songs (and I'm sure even further back before that). So once they were happy with the songs they'd written together CT said "ok now CS dude, you go do your thing and we'll get this shit together, then when they're done we'll send them to you to do your shit, dig?" (exact quote).
