In 1998 +LiVe+ played at the Tibetan Freedom Concert (TFC) and I remember they streamed the entire performance on the internet. Did anyone by chance capture it? They played an awesome version of "Change" and a bunch of other rare gems like Overcome(Full Band) and "Vine Street." If anyone has this and is willing to share please let me know!!!! Fingers crossed!!!

Yes, a fan did record the stream. He actually has an account on this forum (Marc). More info can be found here. The only track that was uploaded from this set was Change.
