Thanks for putting together that letter. The response by Taylor was a fantastic read, provided some cool info, and some solid insight into what went wrong. It is really amazing, and we are very fortunate, that a band member is so concerned and connected with the fans.

Great idea. Really looking forward to the SS package coming out this winter!

I read it again for the how ever times it's been now and I'm still amazed Chad really bared his soul to us on so many levels with this letter. I have a few B-sides from here and there, but I'm excited to hear whatever CT is willing to share with us. He truly continues to be gracious to his fans.
