All the Daughtry haters can say what they want, but the following link gives him a one-up on LIVE that the boys from York will probably never live up to:

At the very least, however, this is proof that it can be done. If only all it took for LIVE's old label to put some b-sides out on the market was the simple legal requirement of giving the band whatever share they had agreed to when their contract was still in effect.

Ah well, one can dream...
