I thought old deleted singles were okay. Isn't it simply a case of if it can be bought today - it's prohibited?... shrug.gif

Technically, anything that's ever been officially released still has copyright regardless of whether it's currently available or not.

That being said, I don't care if out of print, hard to obtain tracks are posted here. Although, Nick has final say on this...

Of course if the record label or a band member asks that a certain track be taken down then this request will be honoured.
