I used both the new and old mall rats to try to figure out what the heck he is saying. Turns out it is a song railing on politicians. I know these aren't correct as is. Here is what I have so far:

I need help on the "It’s chilly, don’t have a need though" because it sounds like he says chillry and needle.

I though he was saying "His children" "his lovers" .. made sense when coupled with talking about "him" sitting on his front porch
