Hypothetically speaking, if the band broke up just because with no explanation ever, who do you think would sound more like LIVE and/or would you be more inclined to listen to?

Let's just say LIVE broke up and we don't know why or have any idea why, would you be more inclined to listen to Ed plus some random bandmates or TGF plus some random lead singer? Which combination do you think would sound more LIVE-like?

I was thinking about this very thing in the shower the other day. The easy answer is ed because his voice was what most people recognise. We really wont know till it happens. Either way, we are kinda getting 2 new live albums at the same time

Really depends on what you mean by Live-like. Live has changed its sound drastically over the years. I would probably say Ed would sound more like the recent incarnation of Live and TGF will sound more like the older version of Live. Yes, I know TGF said they won't sound like Live but I view Ed right now as so far removed from the old version of Live that practically any generic rock band would probably have more similarity.
