Still haven't seen the little "somethin somethin" that is apparently getting sent via email at 9am Pacific time. Hopefully not much longer, and hopefully not a let down tongue.gif

If we can just get a good rip of Honest Man, we'd have a nice 3 track sampler to hold us over.

I clicked and listened to it once, then realized I was an idiot for not just downloading it. Looks like I was able to beat the rush and get it downloaded though.

I can't help it, but people are going to hear me playing it in my car. In fact, today I'll take a drive through center city York, Pa and crank this along with Appetite.

I shall not, it shall blast from my car stereo all weekend long! rockin.gif

(Though, I don't think TGF would have a problem with that type of sharing!)

So, several weeks back Appetite hit the net and the question was asked what it would mean for each of us if Appetite was the best song on the CD, or if it was the worst.

Well, the sampler's come out, Tredecim, and Honest Man as well since then and I have to say, Appetite might be the worst released so far (worst being a relative term). How nuts is that? The band did a lot of talking early on about what they were putting together and damn have they lived up to it. I haven't been this excited about a CD release in a long, long time. rockin.gif

Appetite has more of the Zeppelin feel to it for me. I absolutely floored with '13'. It's an awesome piece of musical art.

Having the whole Honest Man is freaking awesome. Love the beginning. I love loud guitars and I feel like a kid at Christmas with this forthcoming record. I think we will say that every song will rock and be good....going out on a limb. This record release for me has been long awaited!!!! I will be passing copies out (remember I made a bet to some of the members here)....to anyone who might want one. My under was 10 copies when it's released. I might be buying more. I want this thing to win a grammy!!!

Would be great for the guys if it won a grammy, not just because of the award but because it would mean they sold a bazillion albums in order to even be nominated. tongue.gif

I'd be thrilled if it hit whatever number, both through concerts and album sales that made all the guys think to themselves that there's no way they can't come back together and put out another TGF album.

I think that would be a great honor as wonderful musicians and experts in their craft. Hey we know they have what it takes to capture the dying music scene!!
