Took this short review from Counting Crows.com

Low Stars were a great replacement, I really enjoyed their set, and Live had a lot of energy and played all the songs I know. All around a solid show from all three bands. Props goto whoever decided to do the fan club early entry... really awesome perk. Got to chat with some others from the message board, got to see some old faces, and meet a few others. Good times.
