definitely Zion. But I kinda really like Lotus Flower too. Mainly because it's so different to anything else he's done, but also because his voice is reminiscent of days gone by. If he can still muster those kind of vocals for the new Live album, that's a good start.

Grace is probably my favorite. Yeah, it has the same over the top rising choruses as the rest of his solo work, but it's probably one of the most memorable melodies he has written in a very long time.

But I'll also say that while Grace is my favorite, Zion is probably his best.

I've got admit I've never sat and listened to The Flood and the Mercy. I got Alive because I liked Grace and Zion, but nothing grabbed me from The Flood and the Mercy so I never bought it.

This acoustic rendition of Zion is probably the best original track Ed put out during his solo career.

Zion, number one song by long shot.

Eat Your Love
Holy Water Tears
Soul Whispers
Rise

are all worthy inclusions.

Just heard Eat Your Love for the first time today. What album is it on? It's not on Spotify.

rep points if you can, without googling, guess what eating the love and who's love is being eaten it refers to...

hint: it's pretty obvious blush.gif
