Seems to be more energetic, engaged, and happier than the last two times I saw him with Live.

Nice show. This is a good selection of songs from the solo material (some of his solo stuff was horrible but these are good ones). Ed plays a good mix of solo stuff and Live to fill out the performance. Again, however, it is a short set.

The sound mix also seems weird, which is true for all the recordings from that festival on this YouTube channel.

Ed does seem happy, but I hated when he sang the angsty songs from a place of joy. 2008-2010 Was peak for that IMO.

Ya, me too.

Watching that show and comparing it to how they've been on stage, something just seems off about the whole reunion. Combine that with Ed going from everywhere online to completely off the grid, it doesn't add up.

Same could be said with the others, how they seems very together when they first started touring with Shinn versus how they've been since bringing back Ed.

Amazing they put together an album with a new singer and also started a completely new band and brand from scratch with TGF. Ed does multiple albums with a new band. Then they get back together and barely put together an EP with a cover song.

Yeah, as I've said before I think it's just a job for them now. They tour to make money to support their families. No touring, no work. Pat would rather be fishing. Their priorities all seem to be elsewhere.
