I've met them all a bunch, starting in 2003. Ed has always been completely stoned or very drunk. Never nice to anybody and for the most part seemed completely detached from the world around him. CT, PD and CG were all very nice. Drinking with CT was one of my favorite "musician" experiences.

One of my all-time favorite quotes from a drunken band member was the following, as he had two attractive blondes sitting on each leg (you can guess which band member):

"I come from a family where blow jobs don't count."

I met Ed twice and the rest of the guys once.

Ed was friendly and courteous the first time I met him in 2004 and a complete dick in 2006.

CCP were awesome - I spent a lot of time with each of them and they were all happy to spend time with their fans.

The guy who shined more than anyone (take nothing away from CCP) was Adam K. That guy made you feel like you were his best mate and told you any thing you wanted to know. He even went out of his way to grab us a couple of beers as well as an introduction and a chat with Jimmy Lang.

Sorry Ed.

I've met no one although I was fairly close to Ed when he came out for autographs/photos after his last gig in Melbourne, watched for awhile and he looked like he couldn't wait be to done with it all, looked bored shitless and kept looking at how long the line was and whispering stuff to his lackey guy. Seemed they were trying to work out how to wrap things up sooner rather than later. He didn't look drunk or stoned though.

I love Adam, I will miss him horribly when the boys tour, I remeber seeing Adam at the grape street in philadelphia, I think it was christmas eve and the grape street at the time was a small small bar..and he was just awesome he hung and drunk beers with my bro who had just broken up with his girlfriend and well it was just fucking an amazing night.
