I Alone sounds freaking incredible.

I don't know what it is that makes it sound so good, but whoever can tell me what it is will, at the same time, figure out what the hell Ed lost about a decade ago.

Sounds great, really!
Although I've gotta say that when I hear Lightning Crashes, it is and will always be connected to Ed's voice. It's not that Chris' voice sounds not so great on this one (because he rocks the place on LC as well), but I dunno. Maybe it's just a personal feeling, but the deep emotional connection I've always had with this song is just because Ed sung it.
Musically I sometimes hear it doesn't have that authentic 1994 recording sound. Sometimes it makes it greater then TC and at some other points I wish they let it like it was (like the slightly electronic sounding last seconds of I alone for example).

Anyway, so long for the critical notes thumbsup.gif Chris sounds really fantastic on all recordings so far!!! Man you almost get scared when you hear him singing I alone, the way it should be. Also great we hear other voices in the background. And - most important of all - it really sounds like LIVE, I'm happy with that.
I'm very, very positive that we all will like the new music LIVE will bring very, very much!

I Alone just made me cry.

Spn it twice, then gave to listen to my wife. She said "At last".

Now we are both in. Chris sounds incredible and now we have the versions of those songs the way they should sound in the 21 centry

Damn!

Anyone explain to me how Homespun works? I reset my password and logged in fine. I could still download stuff from pre-hiatus and it was all good.

Now I go back, click Homespun Login, and it says I am not authorized to access that page.

So then I thought I would just buy it again and when I do I got this message:

wow! It made my day...

Must be hard for Chis Shinn to fit these shoes. After all, these are songs off Throwing Copper. I'm impressed. I notice that the voice is more in the bacgroud, more space for music. I like that. On my computer it sounds this way. Don't know if it's just me.

Mow songs from other albums please!! I could use some rattlesnake here!!! thumbsup.gif
