How many times have people looped DAOC? I can't stop.

It's always been a song that I would lose myself in, As the opening of TC, it's the draw in song....the one that grabs your attention....from the intro guitar reverb to the louder chords. I listened to DAOC (all versions I have on my ipod)......now this new version with Chris......Love it!!!!

Become one of my top 10 LIVE songs as of now.

Interesting! strawberry.gif Unusual movements on stage compared to what live fans are used to.

I think by the time the encore and TBD rolled around he started to realize something that we've being talking about on the boards for a few weeks now... That 'Spirit of LIVE'.

The man said he's a fan, and up there on that stage, I'd imagine he came to the realisation that he was part of it - especially with the way we endear the lyric hand in hand with LIVE's music.

It's weird but you actually see him transform during that short video. From these few clips it's starting to look like LIVE has discovered the inner animal again and CS is finding himself a big part of it.

I think show by show he'll get better and better!

His stage presence was amazing the energy that CS brought to the stage was a welcome change. Gone were the now cliche choreographed numbers of the former front man and hip gyrations that made most people throw up a little in their mouth lol. I say bring on more of Mr. Shinn we are ready as a +LIVE+ community and ever growing united family.

i personally find Ed to have a strong stage presence and he interacts with the audience well. He is able to sing and not stayed glued to the mic stand.

Most of the pictures I've seen of Shinn singing from Monday, he has his eyes closed. That typically brings a sense of disconnect between the performer and his audience(and a rookie mistake).

I know he said something, but the beauty now is I don't have to read it smile.gif Even though we all can summarize what was said any ways. See folks it's a beautiful thing if your not ignoring now get on board.

First show. Dress rehearsal. Learning the material which spans over 20 years.

Point: 1st day on the job and LIVE's core fanbase highly pleased. Big improvement over last 10 years.

Plus, no one gives a flyer about what you personally think.

Ok this will be my last post to the troll and immediately after it I'm joining the ignore club....

I was there asshole and he was not glued to the mic stand. There were a few songs where he struggled a little with the words such as TBD and that is when he was near the stand because he had a lyric sheet on the floor. There was not a sense of disconnect but there was more raw energy then I've ever seen your man crush ED show since the late 90's. It truly was a breath of fresh air. I know you will likely take this as an opportunity to bash him for the lyrics but I won't see that since you will be on ignore so I'll respond to your upcoming response now.

Yeah there were a few issues with lyrics but as OTD said some of the songs were just introduced recently and he will nail down the lyrics. In most of the songs he was spot on and I haven't felt this type of energy from this band since the 90's. I can't wait until the next +LIVE+ show which is another feeling I haven't had in a long time.

A few final notes...
- Kevin said there will be another TGF record hopefully this year so that rains on your TGF is dead theory.
- If you'd like a CCCP shirt I'll gladly buy one for you
- We all know you want +LIVE+ to fail because your man crush is not part of the band but they aren't going to so take all your Ed talk and negative LIVE comments back to the Ed thread and stay out of here. If you weren't such a jackass you would eventually realize by the sheer fact that a good portion of the message board has you IGNORED should tell you something about yourself and your behavior on this board. If it wasn't for you most people probably wouldn't even know the IGNORE feature exists but luckily it does so.... BYE BYE you are now IGNORED by another member!
