In my opinion he is high during this performance based on his actions in this video compared to others.

Talk about what? Dont assume what I was going to talk about. I was given one thing to talk about. To just say HELLO, ask him how he was doing and tell him the boys LOVE HIM. Thats it! However, the minute I mentioned C,C,P. Its like I spit in his Coffee. There was NO other agenda then to just say, the boys give him their best. Thats it! If he doesnt like compliments and LOVE he is in the wrong business.

There was nothing wrong with Thrill's question (or intent to ask a question). And there was also nothing wrong with Ed's response.

There is a time and a place to discuss things, and the asker of the question set himself up as coming from a direction that Ed didnt care to entertain. It was poor planning on the Thrill's part. Ed handled the situation properly. And it sounds like the Thrill handled the result well, too. Great job guys. Wish I could have seen the show.

Maybe your approach was a bit off. Asking for a minute of Ed's time and leading with that you are CCP's manager wouldn't be the way to go. You could have said that CCP wish him well, and that would have been that. Turning down the picture makes me think that you were being a bit confrontational for a meet and greet.

Either way, it is a personal situation between the guys. The olive branch has to come from either side, not an outsider.

Your intro set you up for this situation. Here is what you said happened:
"Ed, great show - you probably dont remember me, however I am good friends & business partners with Chad, Chad & Pat" He looked at me with a puzzled face, then said "This isnt the place for this" I then said "I'm not allowed to have 1 minute of your time"

At that point, it doesnt matter at all what you were, or were not, going to say or ask. You tell the man, at his show, that you are friends, and business partners, with 3 people who he obviously has issues (personal, legal, etc.) with right now. Why would anyone in that situation be even remotely interested in continuing that conversation with you? Kudos to Ed for cutting you off when he did.

My unsolicited opinion... if you wanted to extend the olive branch, and you are really friends with CC&P, next time leave out the business partner line (its not very personal), and save it for the back-end of that "1 minute" of his time that you were hoping to occupy.

The telltale sign of a potential confrontation was the intro as 'friends and business parteners with' someone Ed didnt care to talk about with a fan at a meet & greet. Was he escorted out simply because he didnt want his photo taken with Ed? Or was he escorted out because Ed didnt want a 'scene' to develop? The conversation was obviously over at that point. I wouldnt want him hanging around my event either. Again, good call by Ed and his crew. And again, good job The Thrill for leaving at that point without incident.

I'm pretty sure if confrontation was the aim then as you say, Thrill wouldn't have left so amicably. I'd have to take him at his word that he meant no harm. And I was just disagreeing with Nick that turning down a picture isn't a sign of being confrontational.
It's not to say Ed wasn't within his rights to ask him to leave, it's just that if the point was to ruffle feathers then I think it would have gone down slightly differently.
