I think it's pretty hard to be banned, Dan will clean things up where he sees necessary but he's pretty big on free speech. If I had my way I'd still ban Nick, but eh.

Also, there is www.freaks4live.com, the official Live website that has been set to "launch soon" for like 8 months now and there is also www.thinkloudwithlive.com that at some point will have some radio shows/podcasts done by CCP.
