I think it matters to their incorporation articles. I said this 3 times already but you wouldn't acknowledge it until now.

It isn't deception. You have the lead singer of LIVE performing LIVE music. He isn't pretending his new band is LIVE. People who buy tickets to the show aren't being deceived.

Christ you are thick! When did we ever say that? He can use the word Live, he can say he was formerly of Live because that is true. But saying he is "Live's" or "of Live" implies that here and now he is still in Live when both he and CCP would tell you that he is not.

That's neither here nor there, I don't really care about Roger Waters or his situation with Pink Floyd. Its not really about the Live name, its the context in which it is used. As it was pointed out before, I don't know how you, a teacher, can't identify the differences and problems in the language used. But I suspect you ignore all that because "its good for business" and Ed Kowalczyk making money seems to be a top priority for you.

Wow, you really are slow. I gave an example of a similar situation. Never said what you implied. But I don't think you're slow, you are an irritant. He cannot bill as of Live or Live's. Way to spin, you were taught well. And I have been saying its the promoters who are doing it, but Ed's camp is not being clear about it. Seeing the label sticker shows that it has been brought up as a legal issue.
