Per Nick the 90/10 split of people wanting to see Live 2.0 is.....

QUOTE(SJN1279 @ Jan 27 2012, 1:23 pm) *

That is laughable.

While 90/10 might be a bit excessive I'm thinking Live 2.0 still wins 75/25. Only one way to find out.....

I believe that Ed would be more open to collaborating on songs with the band again. Purifier and Believe are two recent examples. Therefore that should have been a choice in the poll as well.

Do the 10 people on this site make this a valid study?

Collaboration? On Believe? You're nuts. That is Ed half heartedly writing some cheesy lyrics to the collaboration of the other 3. That song was terrible. It's light years better as a TGF song, something that was truly collaborated by all of the artists.

No, but the 50,000 fans on their Facebook site where the response to them moving forward is overwhelmingly positive does.

Maybe he should have been more open to collaborating on songs the last 10 years and not been such a dick then maybe we wouldn't be in this situation.

20 years for a band(with all of its original members) is pretty much unheard of. A break was definitely needed.

And moreover these years don't affect that much the music for some of them.

Pearl Jam released an album one week before or after Songs from black Mountain. You know which album really have music with collaboration and passion into it.

I was wrong on Pearl Jam, they have had something like 4 or 5 different drummers, and ended up going with a long time friend Matt Cameron. He's been with the band since 1998.

So you named 5 bands that have stuck together, care to list how many bands don't come anywhere close to 20 years?

LIVE is one of the very rare bands that kept their original lineup for 20 years. An extremely high percentage of bands out there can't say that.

How much I would have wanted that they finally worked together again, Purifier was not a group effort, it only credits Chad T and Ed. Believe, ofcourse, we can't tell, but listening to Honest Man Chad T. definately had something to do with that one yeah.
