10 Bands We Want To See Make A Comeback

5. Live
What happened to Live? In 2009, the band announced a two-year hiatus. This hiatus turned into a permanent break-up when it was revealed that lead singer Ed Kowalczyk wanted a $100,000 bonus just for being the lead singer. The rest of the band decided that maybe they’d just go ahead without him. Good idea, guys, because everybody wants to hear those “other” members of Live. Give the man his hundy thousy G’s and get this comeback cracking.

No, no, no. Oh yeah, piss off.

By the way, only a very small handful of the bands on that list are actually decent. The rest completely blow.

The writer clearly hasn't heard Ed do his solo act.

Some writers need to do more research than simply googling.

The op is trying to pry his way back...........baaaahaaaaaaahaaaa

That writer misstates the facts. I can't take him seriously when he doesn't even understand what he is writting about.

This guy obviously did his homework eh.gif ! Must be nice to have a job where you can be paid to do nothing because obviously he has no knowledge of the situation.

Must be why Nick identifies with him, and the content.

Nice one Nick, you've found one of the few writers that even remembers Live. I like how you cherry picked this article as some kind of back up. I bet your life when the new album is released we will only see you post negative reviews and ignore the positive ones right?

As someone who has spent time as an active published writer and reporter this article screams of the typical, "Let's Wikipedia some artist and sling together a piece of internet drivel." Poor research methods and in this day in age of blogs everyone thinks they are a reporter of sorts. Just to make a broad statement like, "Give the man his hundy thousy G’s and get this comeback cracking," shows his lack of knowledge of the subject to begin with. I was an active member of the media beginning in 1997 and have been active as an educator since 2001 and all I can say is some people in both fields should never work in either. Case in point with both parties here, both poster and author.

^ thank you.

Nick, is your life that sad? Why are you still at this. You go quiet and then post shit that you know will entice heated responses. We have been over this shit many a time. (hey live4life can you not see that he asks/loves to start shit?)

You are a troll. You take pleasure in all these arguments and yet some think you are a victim.
Nah... I don't buy it. You love it and I'm starting to wonder if this whole thing doesn't arouse you in some weird way. We all speculate that your love for Ed may be more than just platonic. It's ok if it is, you just need to come to terms with it.

(I'm not omitting the other side of the debate, they are at fault a lot too... you know who you are so I won't mention names)

I have Ed Kowalczyk on google alert, and this was the new article for the day. I didn't cherry pick anything.

Google alert are you serious are you that obsessed with one individual that when any article comes across the net that you feel the need to read it? Might need to take a step away and really reassess your life. I love Live, but honestly there is not one individual person in this whole world I find that interesting that I must read everything that is written. An unnatural need or desire to do such is obsession, time to reassess.

Nope! Like I said above, you have some sort of obsession with Ed that you need to come to terms with.
