According to twitter and facebook announcements from Live and TGF they will be at Antone’s March 17th in Austin, TX during SXSW for the Microsoft Big App on Campus party.

I had heard some rumblings from people in York, that Live, TGF, and Candlebox are throwing around the idea of playing some dates together in 2012.

Well that can't be true because TGF are FINISHED! OVER! DONE! NOT COMING BAC ... oh wait so they are.

This would be amazing though as a little touring group! Would sure give KM's vocals a bit of a work out.

I guess I can pull my topic starter looks like you beat my by a minute on this one smile.gif I'm excited they are playing, but I sure hope they are going to be playing somewhere else before this date in Dallas.

I'm gonna guess its likely not a show. They're going to "share their favorite songs", and they did not say that they were playing a set. No mention of tickets, nothing like that. I figure live would make more of a statement with their first show as a new band since they've been so guarded about releasing a website and their new singer. Is Kevin or the new Live singer even going to be at the event? TGF will be there, I'm hesitant to think TGF and Live would play back to back sets. If they get up on stage though, that would be cool.

SXSW!!! Awesome!! I have been working on going to that, going to have to step up my game a little more now!

Live, Candlebox and TGF would be a kickass tour. I would go see as many dates as I could.

I imagine TGF would do a shorter set for KM's vocals, maybe opening the show. Man, I'm drooling over here.

Imagine a show where Live and Candlebox took turns opening/closing and between them was the TGF front porch set for 7-8 songs! One can dream!
