I came across a site a couple of months ago. It lists details about music videos - e.g. director, year released, album etc.

Under Live's section there's a listing for Stage (see link below)

http://www.mvdbase.com/video.php?id=16724

Listed as the director is "Mark Eaton". For those who don't know about Mark, he's a director that comes from PA who's famous for his skateboarding videos. He also directed Adam Kowalczyk's video for "All Night".

I've never heard of a video being created for Stage (as far as I know the only video available was from a TV show Live performed on in '94) and normally I would put it down as an error but the fact that Mark Eaton is involved interests me... I tracked him down on YouTube and sent him a message asking whether a video actually exists but he hasn't replied.

So, if anybody here is a 'friend' on Facebook or has any direct access to Mark - would you mind posing him the question?

Also, if anybody has any info about this I'd love to hear about it.

Thanks smile.gif

One of my favorite Live songs. This was when Ed knew how to genuinely rock out.

If this video surfaces this would be an amazing find for LIVE fans everywhere. Stage is an amazing song that I still listen to quite often.

It's not on Awake. I'd be surprised if they made a video for Stage and never released it. During the TC era everything they did turned into gold.

The only concert perfomance I've even seen is them performing it in Brazil when Ed had long hair. I watch it all the time because it fucking rocks. This was when Ed had the balls to be a frontman that anybody could even respect. Awesome to look back and see how young CC&P are as well.

Maybe they planned to make one, but it never got into production? I'm sure Mark can tell more.

Btw Dan, on what tv show did they have the balls to perform Stage then? smile.gif would love to see that!

The Jon Stewart Show, November 21st 1994. Live performed I Alone and Stage. Unfortunately, not all of Stage was broadcast, the credits started running midway through the performance.

Videos were uploaded on the old Live website.

That's cool, thank you. I'm stunned each time I find out there's a live video I didn't see before.
