Live will be appearing on an upcoming episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and are scheduled to perform a song (the song they will be performing is not known at this time). The show will be taped later this month in California and will then be aired on June 2nd on various networks. For airtimes in your area and more info on this appearance, hop on over to the TV Section.

Update: This episode will also be re-aired on June 10th on the Oxygen network. More info is available here.

You're just jealous because there are no more tickets available for this episode. I know you'll be there early in the morning to wait for any stand-by seats to open up though. Then when you make it in, you'll bring your big banner in and hang it high above your head when they start performing, while you're feverishly jumping up and down like that little boy in your avatar.

Damnit, I forgot! It's all coming back to me now. His avatar is actually a looped video clip of himself dancing along to "The River" when it debuted on radio earlier this year.

Ellen is actually a very big Live fan. Too bad they are on the show over a week before the album comes out. Unless they are using the Ellen show to get the new single airplay. I'm guessing a Jay Leno performance should be announced soon.
