Do you read the Ed threads at FansofLive?

I glance occasionally, but I don't take an active interest anymore. I don't follow him on twitter or facebook, and I've basically given up posting actively about him. Basically Ed has absolutely nothing more he can offer me in his current state and so I don't see the need to really take an interest in what he's doing. Seeing his creativity going down the drain and such would just make me angry, I used to post a lot more in that area, negative stuff, but really, who can be bothered with that anymore?

Anyways, you answer a question with a question again, how about giving a proper answer or just gracefully bowing out and going to follow Ed which I'm sure you'd enjoy a lot more than ripping on CCP, unless that's what you enjoy doing, in which case I hope Dan's finger is hovering over the ban button.

Oh you little angel! Yet you continue to post in the live and TGF areas here for the sole purpose of saying over and over how they're dead and gonna fail and that you don't like them. Fine, then go away! You just seemed obsessed now, incapable of letting go.

No I won't, a new album that I enjoy a lot will be plenty for me, if they tour down here that'll be fantastic, if they don't then I'll see other bands that I like. That's the thing, bands that I LIKE. why don't you spend more time worrying about the bands you like as opposed to the ones you don't.

Bands may only tour here every 2 to 3 years if we are lucky. The luxury of seeing your fave band three or four times a year....phhhhht!!!! i wish.. so give me a new album i will enjoy too.....just like TGF gave...dont stomp on my happiness cause your boy ed dont wanna play

The thing about that is that I think 2011 was the best year I've ever had for seeing live music, i saw more bands than ever before in a year and the quality was subperb. I love Live, but there is also so much else out there, if they don't tour or TGF dont then it'll suck, but there's plenty else happening.
The thing is, whether they tour or not should really only matter to those than want to see them, not some little pissant who doesn't like them and wants to remind everyone of commercial failings. I don't care if TGF haven't released an album here, the point that I care about is that I have the album and I can put it on when I go for a walk whenever I want. If I, someone who loves the band, am unfazed by this, then what the hell is someone who doesn't like the band taking such an interest in it mean? It's just weird.

Had my phone confiscated by the police at the Foo Fighters concert (after being kicked out half way through their set) then my computer blew up in a lightning storm, so ive been socially cut off from the world and come back to this sweet ass recording. All over you is just a fantastic rock song that always sounds good when real musicians do it. Bring on some memorable tunes Live!!!!

Who's the karaoke singer? The new version of AOY just became a whole lot more palatable. That may erase any recollection I had of him performing that song in the 90's. Jesus that was bad. I think I'll file that away and never revisit it again. Bring on new Live!

not really. kicked out for being "too drunk" pfft whatever. Friends got arrested and handled rather innapropriately so i decided to film it with my smart phone. Police gave me multiple opportunities to delete the video but i refused so they took my phone as "evidence". Now its court dates and the judicial process. Fuckers.

that really is a pretty interesting story. i know a couple people in America who film police during stops and seizures, cops couldn't legally do anything about it.
