I am starting to think that Live chose the lead singer of Nickelback but right before they were going to tell us they saw the Detroit Lions talk and how we all hate Nickelback.

Now they are trying to get us to buy in to the new guy by posting a clip without a face. Once we say "I LOVE IT" they will say "Good! Because it is the lead singer of Nickelback."

And that is when I will walk into oncoming traffic.

If it's the guy everyone is speculating, he's got a solo album coming out in January. I'd guess he wants to work that a bit before diverting the attention to Live. If he's the guy, I'd expect to hear sometime after the album has dropped, maybe a month or two. At any rate, there are a million variables here no matter who the singer is. Even though we've been "teased", I'd say give it some more time. I haven't seen anything to deter me from thinking they are still working to get Live going again.

I did. If their goal with new LIVE is to imitate Ed's voice on a studio track, they did an okay job of it. However, I personally believe that trying to fool fans with an Ed knockoff isn't going to work in the short or long term.
