Amen. They should use that site. Set up a scavenger hunt of clues and promotional teasers. Cryptic photos. Audio samples. They did a better job teasing TGF. Let's get something going here. Maybe somebody in the music industry might actually take notice. Maybe the music press would give it one-tenth as much attention as they did when Michael Stipe left REM - and that would really be something! Right now, I feel like it is me a dozen and a half other anonymous nobodies all high fiving each other in an unknown corner fo the internet. Yeah! yay.gif

Spot on, mate. Those videos Ed did were really, really fucking cringeworthy. That one where he's wearing like huge specs and a big robe, and talking about people getting "the EK" that they came for... was just a tipping point for me.

Those videos were a BILLION times worse than this.

Exactly.

On a side note, that video sounds a little like Pat Monahan when he uses his "rock voice" and not his Train voice. Probably way off but when I first heard it he popped into my head. Some parts do sound like Ed though.

I can tell you 100% that it is not Lady GaGa, so we got that going for us....which is nice.

Sounds like a bootleg recording to me. Probably why it may not sound EXACTLY like Ed. The recording source has to be taken into consideration. I think the phrasing sounds like Ed. If it's not, it's pretty damn good...

People, this is a new demo studio recording with the new lead singer...IT IS NOT ED KOWALCZYK for christ sake! This singer teamed up with CCP has me pumped for the new material.
