Warm bodied machines that could only make money.

qu.JPG + qu.JPG + qu.JPG + qu.JPG = the video above.

Was Chad's guitar parts phoned in from another source, ala Milli Vanilli? It didn't even seem like he was playing. I know he probably didn't even feel like he was playing... judging from the blank look on his face.

that video of the River is a pretty fair representation of the concerts I saw in the last 5 years of LIVE concerts. I went back to the SNL video instantly to relieve the sadness.

It's clear Ed was where he wanted to be and no one else was. I'm glad they've found happiness apart. I'm not sure they will ever be happy together again. I can't imagine how it's possible.

That was so embarrassing, I remember I was excited at first when I heard Live was going to be on The Footy Show, then when I watched that episode I left the room during the song.

There's a killer bootleg of Lakini's Crashes from 2003 I believe, it was filmed in a place that looked really small, like a club but the people were packed in tight and it just sounded off the wall intense. Damnit what was the show ... I don't have the video anymore. For some reason Dallas is popping into my head.
The Forest National in Belgium also from 03 was pretty good with a great "Get the fuck up!" moment.

I'm pretty sure the host said 30 million albums. Who knows what they count as an 'album'? CD/tape singles may be included in the total.

holy mother of god, that video literally sent chills down my spine. they were simply raw as shit during this performance. i know people change, but i would pay good money to see ed do this again. (even if he wanted to, he couldn't do it...that was just the golden age unfortunately)

don't get me wrong, there were great versions of LJ in the 2000's, but there is simply no comparison to seeing Live's voracity in the 90's compared to even the best of the early 2000's.

I don't think Pat got the memo from the Chads for that performance. He was supposed to wear sun glasses so he could keep his eyes closed, and not have to look at the disappointed faces of the crowd.

Yes, yes, yes... the SNL performance of LJ!!!--They blew the roof off that bitch! It's my ultimate favorite of any live clip & I remember seeing it the night of, crowded around my teeny tiny dorm TV with all my buds. yahoo.gif I was looking on You Tube recently for Heropsychodreamer that they did that night on SNL too & can't find it. Anyone have it to upload?
