Jesus christ why does it matter if I like Century's music or not? What will my answer prove one way or the other? Personally, no I don't. But I am a fan of a lot of other heavy stuff. I'm really picky when it comes to heavy music like this. But hell one of my favorite bands of all time is Rammstein, top 5 anyways. But either way, it doesn't matter what I think of it.

Actually you know what I should do, i should go sign up at the Train forums and let them all know that I don't like their music, this is definitely a valuable use of time and effort!

If I posted a Train song on this forum, I'm pretty sure I'd get negative comments for it(and that would be expected). Therefore, if someone posts horrible music from a band called Century, why shouldn't I be allowed to comment on it? This is a music forum, people are allowed to comment on their tastes in the subject area.

If you posted a train song on this forum it would probably be irrelevant and be mostly ignored. There's a difference between posting completely unconnected bands in the 'other music' section and posting a band that is collaborating with a guy who made an album with CCP. The Live connection is there. You don't like CCP, you don't like Kevin Martin, you don't like TGF ... what is the point in you coming in just to let everyone know you don't approve of this? We know you don't like it, we don't care.

I guess because there really isn't much to say in Ed's forum "oh look, he's playing lightning crashes again..".
The thing is when I saw this topic my first thought weren't "wow I wonder what Nick thinks of this, maybe he'll like it!". Maybe in the off topic area where an unconnected band is posted i could be interested to hear his take on something. But what's the point when you've already pre decided to hate everything that the band or anyone associated with will do?
My defense is that I'm not like that with Ed, I was surprised with Zion and still really enjoy it. Ok so it's only one song and Ed is 99 times out of 100 going to disappoint me now, but I'm more than happy to be proved wrong if the outcome is some good music.

Nick can't put aside his agenda of hate and smear campaign for that. He's unwilling to be surprised or have an open mind or judge things on the music alone. Case in point, he's decided he already hates new Live without hearing it.

Either way, point is still valid, what the hell is he doing in a forum of a band he has absolutely no love for other than to cause trouble?
I wish Dan would ban him, or at least restrict him to only the Ed forum since that's all he's interested in

My wife is the biggest Train fan that I know, and she hates that song! Unfortunately it is the very song that made them big again.

He should be able to have his Ed forums, but I think restricting him from the TGF boards is fair for all. I know it's free speech, etc...But, he goes out of his way to purposely boil peoples blood. That's not how you treat people. He has a obvious agenda and lone purpose. If the exchanges were actually constructive, or even had some valid views or points, it would be different. Let democracy decide!! Poll time???
