Agreed. I was more pointing out that it appears that Ed succumbed to the typical stereotype that to understand women means becoming a big pussy. Many men believe you have to "hand in your man card" to do so. I do not. It's a common misnomer amongst men. Not sure if Ed felt that way or not. Maybe he's just a pussy now period. He's even commented on how he should have rocked more on SFBM. Maybe he realizes he pussied it up too much. Whatever. Just having some fun here. Not to be taken too seriously. But for the record, I do think he's a big pussy now compared to 90's Ed.

For sure. Personally, I think any man who thinks he can even make an attempt to understand women is a complete fucking idiot. Getting in touch with your own feminine side is something different entirely, if there is such a thing.

But I think that if you listen to V, starting with simple creed, you hear just as much of what you speak of as you do on SFBM. The same "la da dada de dade da" line is right in the middle of that song, sang in the same key as on The River.
