What is the best concert lineup you've ever witnessed?

In the early 90's I went to go see Bush at the Palace of Auburn Hills. The lineup (in order) was:

Goo Goo Dolls
No Doubt
Bush

Bush was touring on their first album and we had never heard of the other bands before. Little did we know at the time that Goo Goo Dolls and No Doubt would go on to be very accomplished bands and headliners.

Looking back at it that was one hell of a show.

2005 Gigantour:

Got to see some of my favourite bands:
Into Eternity
Nevermore
Symphony x
Dream Theater.
And on top of that Megadeth.

I don't had real huge line-ups....most of the times, it was 1 big band playing for me....

So the best I had was in the beginning of the '90's with Faith No More and then Guns 'n' Roses

But if I had to choose the best line-up for me to witness once in my lifetime, with people who are still alive it would be:

Adam Taylor / A Balladeer / Extreme / King's X / The Gracious Few / Metallica / +LIVE+ kicking.gif

Are we talking concerts like Main act and 1/2 support acts or festivals too?

I was thinking of regular shows, not loaded festivals.

Ed Kowalczyk of LIVE, Art Alexakis of Everclear, and Leigh Nash of Sixpence None the Richer in Vegas in January 2010. From start to finish just a really fun show.

Who?

Ed will always be known as the lead singer of LIVE. He fronted LIVE during its peak. That is all people will remember.

I'm sure it was a pretty cool show. I did like a few of Everclear's songs back in the day.

Will require a bit more thought as there have been a few great ones but last night would go close, not that the names are exactly massive but as far as from start to finish being bands that I was equally as thrilled about it was great:

Dark Mattel
Pinky Beecroft (formerly of Machine Gun Fellatio) w/the Nmphys (who get points for being so damn 40s era hot)
The Bedroom Philosopher
The DC3 (with lead singer formerly of TISM).

I didn't see this show or even knew, but FUCK! Mine was 2005! And it feels like the other year. No matter the fights and shit we all gave here we can agree the older you get the faster the fucking time flies. FUCK wow. Damn! I recall that tour so well. Oh well
