Surely - and this isn't just a dig - no more/less than Ed?

Chad has always been the most guilty about making promises that don't come true. Ed plays things more close to the vest and basically will only announce projects when they are confirmed.

Sometimes that is his downfall though. How often does Chad Taylor make statements/promises that don't come to fruition?

As I said, that's a part of the package that you get with Chad Taylor. If you know that and appreciate it going in, then it's all good. I don't run out and mark my calendar every time Chad promises something. I just let the "creative wave" that is Chad Taylor wash over me and I just enjoy the surf.


By the way. I finally did it! I achieved a goal that I have had in my sites for a few months! Ever since the two numbers were close to each other. My rep points exceeded my post count!

Thats exactly what nick is doing, marking it down in his book. I can't understand why any Live fan wouldn't be interested in the creative explosion which is about to happen. It's the glass analogy. Mine is full.

Excuse people for having a little faith in 3/4 of the original band that brought them here. It's such a terrible thing to be positive I know when you're so close to the end being over the half a century mark, but try!

Notice someone like dancing queen who likes Ed, went to the gig and gave a mostly positive review copped absolutely no flak whatsoever. That's because the only people who cop it here are the ones who deserve it for their personality, not their opinion.

It's not a total guess to assume that the new Live album will be an explosion of creativity. Let's back track a little and consider what the two 'sides' did post-Live. Ed made a very safe album that tread no new ground whatsoever - with, at best, a few pretty decent tracks in Zion and Grace. TGF went in a new direction and produced an album of much greater artistic value. I really think that's just fact.

So, you know... CCP proved they've got musical integrity and, when they're driving the car, so the speak, the product is high quality. And we all know that Live's output was INFINITELY better when they were major contributors to the process. Live nosedived when Ed took over. Another fact.

If you think about it, then... history shows that if CCP are majority involved, it's going to be good. So it's no wild guess or fan boy stab in the stick to bee super excited about the upcoming Live album.
