Rock & Golf for The Pocono Wildlife featuring THE MINT and! Options

the event is a fundraiser I do for a local Wildlife Center, 2nd year, focused around golf and music.
I have booked Adam K. in the past and my band opened for him at a couple venues, so when I was looking for some great music for this years event, I turned to The Mint to support the cause.
I also love Adam Taylor's CD "No Poet" and put some money into his Kickstarter program and what I got back was a 1 hour private show and Adam Taylor was kind enough to say Yes to doing it for this cause.
This helped me to be able to put together a great day of music with some awesome bands and solo acts, both of these guys are class acts and I am sure will welcome each other.. I really hope to see some people from the site there!

Is it a coincidence that Adam Taylor and Adam Kowalczyk, both brothers of LIVE members that used to be in the same band, are now playing at the same gig? Or do they know each other / hook up / likes each others music. Ofcourse the fact they must be from the same area makes the chances biger they play at the same place some time (like now), but still cool to see the brothers together!

Just so everyone is clear, I love Adam K. He's a real solid dude with some even more solid chops. There is zero tension between us and I'm excited to finally play a show with him. I think Adam would agree with me when I say that we stand on our own as individuals and artists!

Adam Taylor & Kate went on as scheduled @ 5 pm, the turn out was light due to forecast of PM showers....
They played a one hour set of songs from No Poet, along with a cover or 2, Adam had a bit of a cold and played 2 shows friday night, He was worried about his vocals but they sounded wonderful!!!
They hung around to see Adam Kowalczyk get ready to play when Storms hit the course and postponed The Mint show...we where on the verge off pulling the plug on the show when @ 6:35, Adam and I decide to go with the backup plan which was coming inside to play, so we all scrambled and by 7;00 PM , The Mint was performing for us lucky ones who stuck around....they played a one hour set with hits from their disc and a couple of covers also...they sounded "awesome"!!!...afterwards, they hung around and chatted ...great job by Adam Taylor and The Mint featuring Adam Kowalczyk!..totally stoked to pull off this show and I may just have to do it again in the future except we will be inside!!!
