Bands get new singers and keep their name all the time. That should be OK to stomach even for you.

Everyone will know the difference between Ed and the new singer, and the fans will always know it is the second version of Live. But it should still be called Live if thats what CCP want.

Exactly, some people will like it (the music that is) and some people won't, we won't know until we hear it. What we do know is that it's happening, and if people have already decided they don't like it, then perhaps this is the part of the ride where they step off and go and find a new ride.

Kevin Martin said that The Gracious Few was going to be his main focus in an interview earlier this year. Since that point, Candlebox has announced a summer tour that stretches into the fall, and the Gracious Few have played only a handful of US shows.

Candlebox has recently announced that they are working on a new album. Even if TGF plays a few shows this fall, it is pretty obvious that The Gracious Few is now a secondary focus for the Candlebox lead singer.

i think its fine to say you're not going to like something before it comes out. we all know whatever comes out, no matter how good, its going to be different. and some people think that they mostly or only want the sort of thing that was created previously. but they should still stick and around to see it.

the poster says LIVE's Ed Kowalczyk, so at least fans know while they are getting LIVE's music, they aren't getting LIVE.

He's not Live's. He has personally chosen to be formerly of Live so his posters should state that.

Weren't CCP working on a new band? The only reason they want to get back to work with LIVE is because Kevin Martin is focusing less on The Gracious Few and more on Candlebox.

The reason they are getting back to work on Live is because it is their life's work and they promised they would after taking a 2 year break.
