That'd be all well and good if he ever actually was about musical discussions as opposed to Ed solo dates, ticket sales, audience size and reactions and positive reviews. When it comes to discussing Ed's artistic contributions to Live he's never seen. Ever. So it's clear Ed solo is all he wants and even then it's barely about the music. Whatever happens, with or without Ed, CT has been perfectly clear - LIVE is LIVE - in whatever shape or form the music may come.

I for one feel the name of this site should remain fansoflive.com.

In a world where people die, where nothing is certain and everything changes all the time, it's comforting knowing that somethings will never change or cease to exist. I hope fansoflive.com remains one of those things.

strange....kinda like Chad's example of those who were marketed well in the early 00's. The exec's were right for promoting Britney, but we all know it wasn't really about the music. Some people are fans and it is about image and success just as much as music.

As I've said before, I likened the behavior to a football fan who talks about the trades, who's on board for sponsorship deals for the year, the after game statistics, the team awards and such, but when it comes down to it, they never actually watch the games themselves.

That's what I was thinking, the focus shouldn't be on one particular song, and the name itself doesn't really give an all encompassing title as to who they are, who we are and our relationship to them since it's the "community" name.
