I noticed that the 'hiatus and breakup' section in this article has been updated...

I've bolded the interesting parts of the section.

So:
1) Ed believes he had a greater role in the band's success than the other members.
2) Chad, Chad and Pat were being malicious in their claim
3) Ed has already paid CCP more than they were entitled to.

This is assuming that what was quoted above is correct. As you know anybody can update Wikipedia so take it with a grain of salt...

Nick has been updating the Wikipedia! I hope someone changes it to a more neutral stance. It's pure speculation what the motivation behind the lawsuit was.

You gotta admit it's a pretty pathetic thing to write. Even if it was the other way around and was vicious towards Ed you wouldn't want to see it there. Wiki is supposed to be about the facts, it should say something factual like that Ed has been sued by former bands mates because of bla bla bla, which is true, but to say one party or the others motivations and such is speculation.
I'd change it, but im not much good at these things.
