Ed will be performing at May Day in Indianapolis at the end of May. Some of you midwesterners may be interested. This festival is usually kick ass.

With all due respect, I have never seen such a huge and lame crowd in my entire life.

Funny enough, the TGF audience from the very beggining, from the first shows, really does look and sound as a diabolic riot compared to this one.

Damn.

Looks almost as big as the show Live did with Collective Soul here a few summers ago. Wasn't a full venue at that outdoor show either.

Quantity over quality? Just curious, how are you measuring the quality of fans? What makes good quality vs bad quality? And how can you judge all this by a minute video clip? When I saw TGF in concert in Virginia (which was good btw), at least half the crowd was just sitting at their tables without any movement at all. It was the furthest thing from a "diabolic riot"...

It really just sounds like people are making stuff up just to start arguments or to bash one side or the other without making any sense whatsoever. This crap is starting to get ridiculous!

Since this topic about May Day.....

The review is most interesting, as not so much the crowd size but what the reviewer says off the bat.

QUOTE
At its annual May Day concert, radio station WRZX-FM (103.3) made room for four unsigned local bands on a roster otherwise littered with modern rock also-rans.

And a certain performer is not.even mentioned.

Unfortunately, even though not mentioned, it would be more of a reflection on Live and what happened to them rather than Ed himself. cry.gif

yeah true, but Ed was billed as solo, formerly of Live. Sadly nothing was written. No matter, I could care less that Live is no longer performing in the current state.
