perhaps it was Ed's reply to CT wanting to know what the secret contract is? Call me crazy but we have legal docs.....they're not fake.

Legal docs worth their weight in promo gold? Legal action at a standstill? Now they want to ask Ed to rejoin them even though they claim to dislike his music and direction?

If they were looking for a reaction from the fans and promo for their solo work then it might have been cheaper than advertising.

just a few weeks before the hiatus, when he said something like "Just talked to Chad Taylor on the phone for a while tonight. We're always scheming something." Then shortly thereafter, all of this started.

Didn't Chad say that Ed could not be reached when Chad was trying to speak to Ed about the contract? That is strange how one second those two seem to be scheming on the phone for a while, and next Chad could not even get Ed on the phone or by Email at all. Don't you think Chad would have been smart about approaching Ed, like calling Ed up without telling him what the purpose of the call was, if he was trying to pin Ed down and get him to talk?

from what i remember of chads famous post which im too lazy to read, he said something like they discovered the secret contract via a communication breakdown. I assume that means there was a communication breakdown, as in, they stopped communicating, and then the secret contract was discovered. so the details are kind of vague at best.

Gosh last i checked this was Live discussion. I guess you are against all the wondering about this critical and mysterious moment for Live.

It's interesting.

Chad states this July they're going to try to get Live back together in a room to see what's there.

With the huge differences in directions they took it would be interesting to see how the reunited Live unfolds if it ever happens. He does give the vibe that he's most interested in Live if it can work out but he doesn't seem to sure. Chad does state Live is still officially on a two year hiatus.

Kevin states that Candlebox is about EP's and weekned shows. He clearly stated his focus is all about TGF.

I really like Kevin's take on what music is lacking today! So true.

TGF, solo Ed, and more Live would mean that everybody wins!

Last time I remember Ed addressing the whole issue he said that he hadn't even heard TGF album. He was to busy with his own stuff.
